Insurance (Out of network)
At this time, Windsor Counseling Services accepts private pay clients. When you see a licensed mental health professional (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or Clinical Psychologist), services may be reimbursable in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Windsor Counseling Services provides monthly statements to clients who wish to submit for reimbursement benefits from their PPO health insurance plans. Not all plans offer reimbursement benefits for out-of-network mental health providers. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- Does my plan provide reimbursement benefits for out-of-network mental health services?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Standard Rates:
Individual, 60-minutes: $150. Couple or Family, 90-minutes: $225.
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis during certain business hours. If your insurance plan does not reimburse for out-of-network providers and you'd like help with fees, please ask about reduced rate session availability. Ask about discounted rates for seniors on fixed incomes.
Payment
Payment is due at the time services are rendered. Cash, check and all major credit cards are accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
When you reserve an appointment, that time is saved just for you and no one else may be scheduled at that time. Please provide no less than 48 hours notice if you need to re-schedule an appointment. Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours of appointment time will be charged a $75 cancellation fee. If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the scheduled session.
