Telehealth Video Counseling, aka remote therapy, online therapy, or distance therapy is being utilized more and more as an alternative to in-person therapy when coming in to the office is difficult due to work or family schedules, distance, traveling, or whatever may get in the way.
I utilize a secure, private, HIPAA compliant platform to conduct our video sessions, and getting into our video chat is as easy as opening an emailed or texted link at the time of appointment.
Video Sessions are scheduled for 60 minutes.
