There are so many quality, helpful books and videos available, and taking the time outside of therapy to self educate and self reflect will enhance the benefits of your experience.  Following is a limited list of some books I personally know and recommend.  I invite you to peruse the books and/or videos that resonate with your personal interests and sensibilities and challenge you to grow.  Though I do not list them all, many of the following authors have published other excellent works you may wish to check out.
